July is BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month. More conversations must be had in regards to mental health in minority communities. Do not be afraid to speak up about your struggles; remove the stigma. Every single person goes through mental health struggles and we need to bring more awareness to minority communities and break down the barriers that prevent those communities from seeking help.
