Ted Bundy, Dexter Morgan, Alex DeLarge, Buffalo Bill, Dennis Rader. What do all of these famous names from true crime and cinema have in common? They have all been, in some form, diagnosed as or written to be sociopaths or psychopaths. But are they really? And if so, what truly makes them sociopathic or psychopathic?
Today’s Psyche Saturday will delve deep into the similarities between antisocial personality disorder, sociopathy, and psychopathy. Is there a difference?

Fort Hood officials say that 26 soldiers from the base have died so far this year. The manners of death range from homicide to natural to accidental. We will mention those who have died by means other than homicide and suicide, but we want to shed light more on those who have died at the hands of others or at the hands of themselves. In Part I of this three-parter, we discuss the beginnings of the case of Spc. Vanessa Guillen as well as Pvt. 2nd Class Gregory Wedel-Morales.
